Less friction. More focus.

The workout
is hard enough.

Remembering every number shouldn’t be part of it.

  1. Deciding what to do next

You arrive ready to train, then spend time piecing together a workout.

  2. Guessing last session’s numbers

Was that eight reps or ten? Your next set shouldn’t depend on memory.

  3. Switching between notes and timers

Every rest becomes another round of tapping, searching, and setting things up.
